Job Summary
Cogent E-Services Limited is hiring Sales Executives for the Apollo Insurance Process. We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals with a strong background in sales who can effectively promote insurance products and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through voice calls and promote insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end sales support.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
- Follow company sales processes and quality standards.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum 6 months of hardcore sales experience (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in any one regional language is mandatory.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Willing to work from the office in Bengaluru.
