Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to guide and assist students in selecting suitable academic programs and career paths. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, understanding their educational needs, and helping them make informed decisions regarding admissions and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs, courses, and career options.
- Provide accurate information about admissions, eligibility criteria, fees, and course structures.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain student records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets as assigned.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, or student recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
