SEO, AEO & GEO Executive
We are looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking SEO, AEO & GEO Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growth team. The role focuses on traditional SEO along with optimizing content for AI search, voice search, Featured Snippets, and platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. Basic WordPress knowledge is also required.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO & Content Optimization – 50%
- Conduct keyword research and mapping for primary, secondary, and long-tail keywords.
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, and internal links.
- Perform basic technical SEO audits for broken links, crawl issues, duplicate content, and missing meta tags.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console and GA4.
2. AEO & GEO – 30%
- Structure content using Q&A, bullet points, and tables for Featured Snippets, PAA, and voice search.
- Apply GEO strategies to improve brand visibility and citations in AI search results.
- Implement basic Schema markup (JSON-LD) for FAQs, articles, products, and local businesses.
3. WordPress – 10%
- Upload, format, and publish blogs and landing pages using Gutenberg or Elementor.
- Manage basic settings in Yoast, Rank Math, or All in One SEO.
- Maintain categories, tags, and media organization.
4. Off-Page & Reporting – 10%
- Assist with link building, outreach, directories, and guest blogging.
- Prepare SEO reports and competitor analysis.
Requirements
- 1 year of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house environment.
- Good understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI search platforms.
- Familiarity with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
- Practical WordPress experience with Yoast or Rank Math.
- Strong English writing, proofreading, and content optimization skills.
Nice to Have: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, Schema experience, and familiarity with testing brand visibility across AI platforms.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
