Job Description
- Conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- Source material, goods, and services and negotiate the most cost-effective contract and deals. Prepare comparison sheet and if needed arrange sample.
- Performing inventory inspection and reordering supplies and stock
- Conduct market research to remain updated about emerging trends and business opportunities. Vendor development.
- Inspect stock and report any faulty item or inconsistencies immediately
- Update and maintain records of all orders, payment, and received stock.
- Responsible for generating PO, rate check, quality, quantity and timely delivery of the product.
- Coordinate with site in-charge on regular basis for material need. Close the deal within given time frame.
Purchase Executive Skills
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in purchase/ procurement of Civil interior/ fit-out/ Turnkey projects & construction items.
- Good in Microsoft excel
