ConvergeSol is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 5+ years of experience in IT Services Sales and Business Development to drive international sales and lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in identifying new business opportunities, engaging global prospects, and converting leads into long-term clients.
The candidate will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to promote ConvergeSol’s technology services and domain-focused solutions across Fintech, SaaS, and enterprise digital transformation markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Services Sales and Business Development
- Generate qualified leads through Email Campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, Cold Calling, and networking activities
- Identify and engage potential clients across the US, Canada, UK and other international markets
- Understand client business requirements and position suitable technology solutions/services
- Ability to mentor and guide junior business development team members effectively
- Ability to publish industry and technical blogs/articles on various platforms
- Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls with prospects
- Maintain and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools
- Prepare proposals, capability presentations, and sales documents
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution discussions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings
