Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Back Office Associate to join our team at the Karad Office. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the service team, customers, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Data & Documentation Management: Maintain, update, and organize daily service reports, customer databases, and operational files with high accuracy.
- Customer & Service Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, log service complaints, and coordinate with field technicians/engineers for timely resolutions.
- Billing & Inventory Tracking: Assist in preparing service invoices, quotation generation, and tracking spare parts inventory or delivery schedules.
- Compliance & Reporting: Assist team leaders and management in compiling daily/weekly operational reports, ensuring documentation aligns with company standards.
- General Administration: Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks, including managing emails, phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, administration, or a service-coordinated role. (Experience in an automobile or industrial engineering dealership is a plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel for data tracking and Word).
- Familiarity with ERP software, billing systems, or CRM tools is highly desirable.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in Marathi and Hindi; working knowledge of English).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
