We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editing Intern to join our team and support our digital content, marketing, and educational video production activities.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Video Editing Intern who can create engaging, professional, and visually appealing videos for social media, promotional campaigns, online courses, events, and company branding. The intern will work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to produce high-quality video content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, courses, events, and promotions.
- Create reels, shorts, promotional videos, educational videos, and event highlight videos.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, background music, effects, and animations where required.
- Work with raw footage and convert it into professional video content.
- Create engaging video thumbnails and basic motion graphics if needed.
- Maintain brand consistency in all video outputs.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content team to understand video requirements.
- Manage video files, project files, and final edited outputs properly.
- Support the team in creating videos for campaigns, webinars, conferences, FDPs, STTPs, and online programs.
- Stay updated with current social media video trends and editing styles.
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good sense of visual storytelling, timing, and creativity.
- Ability to edit reels, shorts, promotional videos, and educational content.
- Basic knowledge of audio editing, color correction, transitions, and text animation.
- Understanding of social media formats and video dimensions.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to complete tasks within deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and improve editing skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience in creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn promotional videos.
- Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva or Photoshop.
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing content.
- Previous internship, freelance, or college project experience in video editing is an added advantage.

- Students or graduates from Visual Communication, Media Studies, Multimedia, Animation, Film Editing, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or any related field can apply.
- Candidates with strong video editing skills from any educational background are also welcome.
- Freshers with a good portfolio or sample work can apply.
