Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for our catering and wedding services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, converting inquiries into bookings, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities for catering, wedding, and event services.
- Handle customer inquiries received through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their event requirements and provide suitable catering and wedding solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and event packages.
- Conduct venue visits and client meetings as required.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and event teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and client communications.
- Develop relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, corporate clients, and venue partners to generate referrals.
- Attend exhibitions, wedding expos, and networking events to promote the company's services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in catering, hospitality, wedding, events, banquet, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on event schedules.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
