Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1 year of Quality Analyst experience
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience (Mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
- Experience in BPO/KPO is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and audit customer interactions
- Provide feedback and quality reports
- Identify process gaps and support improvements
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
