We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with basic accounting knowledge to support day-to-day financial operations and maintain secretarial records. The ideal candidate should be familiar with accounting principles, comfortable working with accounting software, and possess strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining secretarial records
- Maintain and update financial records
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Work with spreadsheets and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist senior accountants and CS with routine tasks.
- Ensure compliance with secretarial compliance with internal financial processes and documentation standards.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a CS/ CA firm will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of taxation, GST, or bookkeeping processes.
Education:
- B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – Mandatory
- Pursuing CA/ CS or semi qualified CA/ CS
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
