Position: Executive – Sales
Department: Sales (Real Estate Division)
Location: Ludhiana, Mohali Punjab
Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Real Estate Industry Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle direct sales of commercial real estate projects.
Attend walk-ins, client meetings, and site visits to convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain updated knowledge of project details, pricing, and offers.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing/Business/Real Estate.
3–5 years of proven experience in property sales or real estate sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented, confident, and presentable personality.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
