4:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (aligned to US geography)
Work from office until 11:00 PM IST, post which work continues from home
No company-provided conveyance
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive with hands-on experience in outbound demand generation for the US market. The role will focus on driving qualified leads and meetings for IT services and enterprise platform offerings through structured outreach and targeted campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Lead Generation:
Execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) targeting US-based prospects
Generate qualified leads and set up meetings for the sales team
Build and manage prospect lists aligned to the defined ICP
Campaign Execution:
Run email sequences and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Customize messaging based on industry, persona, and service offerings
Track responses and ensure timely follow-ups
Targeting & Research:
Identify and research accounts in target industries (Manufacturing, Chemicals, etc.)
Map decision-makers (CXO, VP, Directors)
Maintain updated prospect databases
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in CRM
Track campaign performance and conversion metrics
Share daily and weekly updates on outreach and results
Sales Alignment:
Coordinate with sales team for meeting scheduling
Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
Capture feedback to improve targeting and messaging
Required Skills & Experience:
2–5 years of experience in lead generation / demand generation
Minimum 2-year experience in US geography (mandatory)
Strong experience in outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
Experience in selling IT services / enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow,
Data/AI solutions
Good understanding of B2B sales process
Strong communication (written & verbal) skills
Education:
Graduation (IT preferred)
MBA in Marketing (Preferred, not mandatory)
Tools & Platforms Experience (Good to Have):
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.)
Email automation tools
Data platforms (ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.)
Other Expectations:
Comfortable working in US time zone
Self-driven with high ownership
Ability to consistently meet outreach and lead generation targets
