Job Summary
Dr. Madhavan's Heart Center is looking for a Hospital Billing Associate to support patient billing operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and be willing to work rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate patient bills accurately and efficiently.
- Verify patient information before billing.
- Process payments through approved payment methods.
- Maintain billing records and daily transaction reports.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to resolve billing-related queries.
- Assist patients and attendants with billing information.
- Follow hospital billing policies and documentation standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in hospital billing, front office, or customer service is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
