Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead AI Solutions Architect to design and lead an enterprise AI platform covering Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, workflows, automation, and enterprise integrations.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on architect with strong experience in AI/LLM architecture, scalable systems, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Define AI platform architecture, standards, and technology roadmap.
- Design scalable AI Agent, Agentic AI, multi-agent, and RAG architectures.
- Lead AI workflow and business process automation initiatives.
- Architect integrations with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Jira, Slack, databases, and APIs.
- Define LLM, AI security, governance, monitoring, and evaluation strategies.
- Lead POCs, architecture reviews, technology selection, and mentor AI engineering teams.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready.
Required Skills
- 10+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Agentic AI.
- Experience with Python, REST APIs, Microservices, Distributed Systems, Docker/Kubernetes, and Cloud.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Knowledge of Vector Databases, Embeddings, Semantic/Hybrid Search, and Reranking.
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Open-Source LLMs.
- Understanding of AI security, prompt injection, data privacy, RBAC, governance, and Responsible AI.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms using Microsoft Graph, OAuth2, Webhooks, REST APIs, or MCP.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate
A hands-on AI Architect and technical leader capable of designing end-to-end solutions across LLMs, RAG, Agents, Tools, Connectors, Workflows, Automation, Security, and Governance, while guiding engineering teams toward production deployment.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
