Job Description:
We are hiring Property Managers to handle rentals, sales, and property management activities for assigned gated communities in Hyderabad. Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in real estate are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle rental & sales inquiries and convert leads
- Conduct site visits and property showings
- Manage day-to-day activities in assigned gated communities
- Coordinate with tenants, owners, and vendors
- Ensure timely rent collection and follow-ups
- Resolve tenant/owner concerns efficiently
- Maintain property records and documentation
Requirements:
- 0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Interest in real estate / sales
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM is a plus)
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad
Education:
Work Details:
- Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday Off)
- Shift: 9 hours
- Break: 45 mins lunch + 15 mins break
