Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible ICU Nurse Incharge to lead our critical care unit and ensure high-quality patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise ICU nursing staff across all shifts
* Ensure strict infection control practices
* Monitor critically ill patients and guide staff in management
* Maintain ICU protocols (ventilator care, central line care, etc.)
* Ensure crash cart readiness and emergency preparedness
* Conduct daily rounds and clinical audits
* Train and mentor junior nursing staff
* Ensure accurate documentation (vitals, I/O, medication charts)
* Coordinate with doctors and other departments
Requirements:
* BSc Nursing
* Minimum 7-10 years ICU experience
* Strong knowledge in critical care & emergency handling
* Leadership and team management skills
* Basic Life Support (BLS) / ACLS preferred
