We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team and support our financial operations. Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports promptly.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle any other financial tasks as assigned by the management.
GST monthly and annual reports and data preparation.
Preparation of data for Income Tax Compliances.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software- Tally.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Good organizational and time management skills.
