* Job Title*: Site Engineer-Civil( Execution & Supervision)
*Job Summary*:
Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. is hiring a Site Engineer (JM3) for our Infrastructure & Administration department. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch construction, specifically RBI-standard strong rooms, and managing end-to-end site operations.
*Salary*: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000per month
*Key Responsibilities*:
- Strong Room Supervision: Ensuring construction strictly follows RBI specifications and security standards.
- End-to-End Project Oversight: Supervising civil, plumbing, interior/exterior, electrical, and structured cabling works as per approved plans and BOQ.
- Vendor & Landlord Coordination: Managing communication with landlords for site handover and coordinating with vendors for timely installation of strong room doors.
* Quality Control*: Ensuring all materials used at the site meet the standards specified in the Work Order.
* Plan Vetting*: Reviewing site plans provided by contractors and coordinating with the Head Office (HO) for approvals or revisions.
* Measurement & Billing*: Carrying out joint measurements with contractors to ensure accurate billing and reporting.
* Maintenance & Repairs*: Overseeing periodical renovations and maintenance for existing branches and group companies.
* Field Support*: Collaborating with field teams to ensure the timely opening and consolidation of new branches.
*Requirements*:
- Prior experience in site supervision or civil engineering.
- Ability to read and interpret technical site plans and BOQs.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
