Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the consulting team on client assignments, key tasks include market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentation, participation in internal and external meetings.
Perform quantitative analysis of client, portfolio, and market data to support consulting engagements. Support the consulting team in preparation of client pitches, presentations and proposals.
Contribute to the successful execution of other research and marketing initiatives as needed.
Translate analytical results into clear, structured inputs for consultant-led storytelling and recommendations.
Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and repeatable methodologies to support consistent delivery.
Proactively manage workload and remain available for last-minute and high-priority requests.
The role may involve regional travel for field research purposes, where visa requirements and logistical considerations permit
Report to the Operations Lead – Consulting as well as to the respective assignment leads on an ongoing basis
Skills and Competencies

Strong analytical background with attention to detail
Strong organizations skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks
Ability to coordinate tasks in accordance with priorities
Show proof of rigor and autonomy when working
Ability to work to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding
Professional Competencies
Good report writing skills
Ability to prepare succinct Power Point presentations
Excellent understanding of MS Excel and modelling
Corporate email communication
Internet Search
Other Competencies
Basic understanding of developing dashboards via Power BI (good to have)
Willingness to take on new challenges
Efficiently use words to communicate complex ideas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Be capable of managing stress & accepting constructive feedback
Experience
Previous technical background in market research / real estate / financial analysis etc.
Exposure to real estate, workplace strategy, or consulting environments preferred.
Experience with financial modelling, statistics, and research.
3-5 years’ experience preferred
Education Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience preferred
