Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with strong ERP development experience to design, customize, develop, and maintain Odoo ERP solutions. Candidates with hands-on experience in any ERP development platform (such as Odoo, ERPNext, SAP ABAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP, or similar ERP systems) are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules.
- Design and implement new ERP features based on business requirements.
- Customize existing workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate Odoo with third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related technical issues.
- Optimize application performance and database queries.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
- Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of ERP development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo or any ERP platform (ERPNext, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Python (preferred for Odoo) or relevant ERP programming languages.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
- Knowledge of XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Odoo module development and customization.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation and business processes (HR, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing).
- Experience with ERP migration, upgrades, and integrations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
This version broadens the requirement to attract developers with any ERP development experience, while giving preference to Odoo expertise.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
