This is an opportunity to represent a specialist education brand and guide teachers, trainers and working professionals who are making important decisions about their careers. You will receive relevant learner enquiries and take ownership of the complete admissions journey—from the first conversation to programme selection, payment and onboarding.
The successful candidate will combine commercial confidence with sound judgement, professional communication and genuine respect for every learner. This is not simply a calling role. It is a position of trust, responsibility and measurable impact.
About Cambridge Veritas®
Cambridge Veritas® is a professional education and teacher-development organisation specialising in:
- TESOL and teacher training;
- IELTS trainer development;
- voice and accent training;
- English communication;
- professional certification and career development.
We support teachers, trainers and professionals who want to deepen their expertise, strengthen their confidence and create better career opportunities. Our reputation is built on structured learning, professional standards and meaningful learner outcomes. As Cambridge Veritas® continues to grow, we are looking for individuals who can represent the organisation with intelligence, warmth and integrity.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to help suitable learners make informed programme decisions while contributing consistently to Cambridge Veritas® admissions and revenue goals. You will act as the main point of contact for prospective learners. You will understand their professional background, identify their goals, recommend an appropriate programme and clearly communicate its structure, value and expected outcomes. You will be accountable for managing each enquiry professionally and progressing suitable candidates towards enrolment.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Learner consultation and admissions
- Respond promptly to company-provided learner enquiries.
- Conduct structured discovery conversations before presenting a programme.
- Understand each learner’s background, goals, concerns and career aspirations.
- Recommend suitable programmes based on genuine learner needs.
- Explain programme content, certification, outcomes, fees and admission requirements clearly.
- Guide suitable learners from initial enquiry to payment and onboarding.
Consultative programme sales
- Communicate with learners through phone, WhatsApp, email and video meetings.
- Present Cambridge Veritas® programmes confidently and accurately.
- Handle concerns relating to fees, time, confidence and career relevance.
- Communicate value without pressure, overselling or misleading discounts.
- Build trust through professional, honest and learner-focused conversations.
- Work towards individual monthly admission and collected-revenue targets.
Pipeline and follow-up management
- Follow the agreed calling and follow-up cadence.
- Prioritise new, hot, warm and long-term enquiries effectively.
- Maintain complete and accurate records in Zoho CRM.
- Record discussion notes, objections, follow-up dates and pipeline stages.
- Manage multiple active enquiries without losing momentum.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, conversions and expected revenue.
Professional standards
- Represent Cambridge Veritas® with warmth, confidence and professionalism.
- Protect learner trust throughout the admission process.
- Participate in call reviews, coaching and performance discussions.
- Work collaboratively with programme, marketing and learner-support teams.
- Take ownership of learner communication and service quality.
The Person We Are Looking For
You are likely to succeed in this role if you:
- enjoy speaking with ambitious learners and working professionals;
- understand how to discover needs before presenting a solution;
- can communicate programme value without becoming aggressive or transactional;
- take personal responsibility for follow-ups and outcomes;
- are commercially aware but also learner-focused;
- are organised, self-directed and comfortable working remotely;
- value professional standards and long-term reputation.
Essential qualifications and experience

- A strong record of meeting or exceeding individual sales, enrolment or revenue targets.
- Experience of managing the full admissions journey from initial enquiry to payment and onboarding.
- A consultative and needs-based approach to selling.
- Strong follow-up and pipeline-management skills across calls, WhatsApp and email.
