Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering or related field with 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in the field of industrial Painting & Coating.
- Proven experience in tendering, estimating, or project management.
- Strong understanding of engineering specifications and cost estimation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Project / Site management, coordination / liaison with clients and Project team.
- Review tender documents and specifications to understand project scope.
- Prepare detailed technical and financial proposals.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to gather necessary information.
- Estimate costs and prepare pricing structures.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and suppliers.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and support project initiation.
- Engaged in the preparation & compilation of the necessary documents, information & technical inputs required for the completion of tender documentation
- Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.
- Maintaining documents as per ISO standards, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.
- Support all activities in cost estimating and take a proactive approach towards improvements

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
