Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Relationship Manager responsible for managing customer relationships, generating business opportunities, and supporting sales growth. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with potential and existing customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
- Maintain healthy client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in sales, relationship management, or customer support is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
