Job Description:
Resort Manager at 5* Boutique Resort you will oversee all operational, quality and guest related aspects of the running of the resort; supervise and organize all resort staff and ensure that the high standards that the company expects are maintained whilst exceeding the service and standard set by Corporate management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Services Management:
o Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
o Manage guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
o Coordinate and supervise customer visits on site, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
o Create and maintain a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring all team members prioritize guest satisfaction.
2. Property Operations Management:
o Take complete handover of the project plots, amenities, infrastructure, and other areas within.
o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality services within the project.
o Ensure the smooth functioning of amenities, common areas, and recreational facilities.
o Collaborate with maintenance teams to uphold property standards and address any issues promptly.
3. Financial Management:
o Prepare and manage budgets for hospitality operations.
o Monitor expenses, revenue generation, and financial performance.
o Implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.
o Oversee revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and profitability.
o Manage the property's P&L, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
4. Team Leadership:
o Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated hospitality team.
o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
o Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
5. Compliance and Regulations:
o Stay informed about local regulations and ensure compliance.
o Implement and maintain safety and security protocols for the propert
Experience & Education Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.
· Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Front office manager/ Resort Manager in a luxury 5 Star Boutique resort properties such Oberoi, Taj, ITC Marriott, Post Card.
Key Skills and Attributes:
· Strong leadership and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Knowledge of local regulations and hospitality industry trends.
· Proficient in computer applications related to hospitality management.
· Experience in revenue management and financial oversight.
