Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and staff activities
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production/warehouse for timely replenishment
- Ensure proper display, storage, and handling of cakes and pastries
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the store
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports
- Coordinate with management regarding store performance and requirements.
- Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.
