Job Description – Sales Head
Location: Mangalore, Karnataka
Role Overview
We is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Head to lead the sales function, drive revenue growth, and achieve project sales targets across residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, strengthening channel partner networks, and ensuring successful project closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall sales operations for all projects.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and regular reviews.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM management.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams to maximize conversions.
Desired Profile
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 8–15 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in Real Estate sales is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of the Mangalore and Coastal Karnataka real estate market.
