Flavors 'N Beans is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Barista to join our growing café team.
We are a premium 100% vegetarian bakery & café known for our freshly brewed coffee, freshly baked products, and excellent customer service. If you enjoy making coffee, interacting with customers, and working in a clean and professional environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee and other café beverages.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Recommend menu items and bakery products.
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, workstations, and seating areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work efficiently during busy hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred (6 months–2 years).
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Punctual, honest, and hardworking.
