The Pharmacy Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, procuring, receiving, storing, distributing, and monitoring medicines, medical supplies, and pharmacy-related consumables. The role ensures continuous availability of essential products while maintaining optimum inventory levels, cost efficiency, quality, regulatory compliance, and proper storage conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree/MBA in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Management, or Operations is preferred.
- Registration with the applicable pharmacy regulatory authority, where required for the role.
Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, healthcare, or pharmacy supply-chain operations.
- Prior experience managing pharmacy inventory, procurement, warehouse operations, and vendors is preferred.
- Experience in a hospital or multi-location pharmacy environment is an advantage.
