Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and execution-driven Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead cross-functional technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, estimation, execution, tracking, and governance of projects involving PHP and Python-based systems. This role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, process enforcement capabilities, and the ability to manage teams toward timely and high-quality delivery. Understanding and prior experience in cloud telephony, Asterisk, Freeswitch and Dialers is an additional advantage.
Required:
- Working knowledge of PHP frameworks and Python-based backend systems.
- Understanding of REST APIs, database structures, and deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.
- Experience using task tracking and collaboration tools.
- Understanding of release management and production deployment processes.
