Job Summary
The Salon Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the salon, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, leading the salon team, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, grooming, and service quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesSalon Operations
- Manage the daily operations of the salon.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all salon activities.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and salon standards.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Promote salon services, memberships, and retail products.
- Increase customer retention and repeat business.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales.
Team Management
- Supervise and motivate the salon team.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Conduct daily team briefings.
- Train and guide staff to improve performance and customer service.
- Monitor staff productivity and discipline.
Customer Service
- Ensure every customer receives an excellent salon experience.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels of products and salon supplies.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment of stock.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper product usage.
Cash & Billing
- Monitor daily billing and cash collection.
- Verify reports and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain proper records of sales and payments.
Reporting
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track team performance and salon KPIs.
- Report operational issues to management on time.
Compliance
- Ensure all company policies and SOPs are followed.
- Maintain grooming standards for all staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Skills Required

- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and salon management software.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Certification in Beauty & Wellness or Salon Management is an advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in salon operations.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Salon Manager or Assistant Salon Manager.

Working Hours
As per the company's operational requirements and weekly off policy.
Other Responsibilities
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Academy team whenever required.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the management for the smooth functioning of the business.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
