Role Overview:Support the design and development of DRBL collections—translating ideas into wearable pieces while maintaining the brand’s distinct street-luxury identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing seasonal collections, capsules, and new drops
- Research trends, fabrics, fits, and global streetwear culture
- Create and refine sketches, tech packs, and design details
- Work closely on fabric selection, trims, and sampling
- Coordinate with vendors and tailors to ensure accurate execution
- Support in fittings, corrections, and final product development
- Maintain a strong understanding of DRBL’s aesthetic and audience
Requirements:
- Background or strong interest in fashion design / streetwear
- Basic knowledge of garment construction and fabrics
- Skilled in sketching or design tools (Illustrator/Corel/Procreate, etc.)
- Eye for detail, proportions, and fit
- Ability to execute fast and adapt to feedback
- Passion for building something from scratch, not just following trends
