Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage project activities, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, team coordination experience, and the ability to handle client communication effectively. Experience in the IoT domain will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery. Manage communication between clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates. Handle client queries, concerns, and support requirements. Ensure proper follow-up on pending tasks and maintain project documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues. Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination. Track project milestones and ensure adherence to timelines. Prepare reports and maintain project records for management review. Lead and coordinate team activities to achieve project objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, Client Management, or related roles. Experience in the IoT domain will be an added advantage. Strong stakeholder and client management skills. Experience in handling and coordinating teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jaipur, Rajasthan
