As part of our expansion in the Sales & Marketing division, we are looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who can strengthen customer engagement, support business development activities, and contribute to long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer interactions and client communications professionally
* Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams for lead follow-ups and business support
* Handle inquiries from utilities, distributors, EPC contractors, and industrial clients
* Maintain customer databases, sales records, and relationship tracking reports
* Support tender, proposal, and business communication processes
* Assist in client retention and post-sales relationship management
* Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation with internal teams
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional approach towards customer handling and relationship management
* Basic understanding of sales coordination and business communication
* Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment
* Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Preferred Qualification:
* B.Tech in Electrical/ Diploma
* Prior exposure to Sales, Marketing, CRM, Customer Handling, or Industrial Business will be an advantage
