Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day order operations, quality checks, dispatch coordination, and inventory tracking for our online business. The ideal candidate should have strong operational accuracy, inventory handling knowledge, and the ability to ensure smooth order fulfillment with minimal errors and returns.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing & QC
- Process daily online orders across multiple platforms accurately and efficiently.
- Perform product quality checks (QC) before dispatch to ensure order accuracy and product standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams for smooth order flow.
Labeling & Dispatch Management
- Ensure accurate shipping labels, invoices, and order tagging.
- Monitor dispatch timelines and coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups.
- Maintain dispatch records and shipment tracking updates.
Fulfillment Accuracy
- Ensure high order fulfillment accuracy with minimal packing or dispatch errors.
- Monitor SLA adherence for order processing and delivery timelines.
- Resolve operational issues related to missing, incorrect, or delayed shipments.
Returns & RTO Management
- Handle customer returns and RTO (Return to Origin) operations efficiently.
- Analyze reasons for RTOs and work on reducing repeat issues.
- Coordinate reverse logistics and ensure proper documentation of returned products.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records for returns, RTOs, and damaged stock.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
- Update inventory systems with inward and outward stock movements.
Required Skills
- Experience in E-commerce Operations / Warehouse Operations.
- Good understanding of order processing and fulfillment workflows.
- Knowledge of RTO and returns management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic to advanced Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with Shopify, Unicommerce, EasyEcom, or similar OMS/WMS platforms.
- Prior experience in fashion, retail, or D2C brands preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
