We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and self-driven Operations Executive who is ready to take ownership, solve problems, and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage the day-to-day operations of Arm Sports facilities and activities.
· Ensure the cricket ground is fully prepared before every booking.
· Coordinate with groundsmen, support staff, vendors, and service partners.
· Deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.
· Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues professionally.
· Supervise tournaments, practice sessions, and match-day operations.
· Maintain inventory, equipment, and operational records.
· Submit daily operational reports.
· Support business development and operational growth initiatives.
· Ensure cleanliness, discipline, safety, and operational excellence at all times.
Candidate Profile
· Graduate preferred (not mandatory).
· 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Hospitality, Sports, Retail, Events, Customer Service, or Facility Management.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
· Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
· Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic computer applications.
· Weekend and holiday availability is mandatory.
· Candidates with a two-wheeler will be preferred.
