Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage dispatch operations, coordinate shipments, manage inventory movement, and track deliveries. The ideal candidate should possess basic logistics knowledge, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatch, transportation, and delivery activities
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and logistics documentation
- Coordinate with courier partners, transport vendors, and warehouse staff
- Monitor stock movement and inventory updates
- Ensure proper packaging and handling of shipments
- Resolve basic logistics and delivery-related issues
- Prepare daily logistics and dispatch reports
- Support smooth warehouse and supply chain operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation processes
Experience
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or supply chain operations
- Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply
Key Skills
