Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage domestic and international logistics operations, coordinate dispatch activities, handle courier documentation, and ensure smooth shipment movement. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in logistics operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage courier partners, vendors, and documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international dispatch, transportation, and delivery activities.
- Handle CHA (Custom House Agent) coordination and shipment follow-ups.
- Manage international courier operations, documentation, and shipment tracking.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and logistics records.
- Liaise with courier partners, transport vendors, CHA agents, and warehouse teams.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock movement and inventory updates.
- Ensure proper packaging and handling of shipments.
- Resolve logistics, courier, and delivery-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Support smooth warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for shipment planning and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and logistics documentation.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, Supply Chain, Courier Operations, or Warehouse Management.
- Experience in international courier handling, documentation, and coordination will be preferred.
- Experience in export/import logistics and CHA coordination will be an added advantage.
