Job Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to promote fertility, IVF, gynecology, and women wellness services. The role involves patient engagement, referral development, branding, digital marketing coordination, event management, and community outreach to increase patient awareness and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Promotion
- Promote fertility and women wellness services in the local market.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for IVF, IUI, fertility consultations, antenatal care, and wellness programs.
- Coordinate advertisements, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Support branding activities and improve hospital visibility.
Doctor & Referral Relationship Management
- Build relationships with gynecologists, consultants, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate organizations.
- Maintain referral doctor database and follow-up schedules.
- Conduct regular visits to referral doctors and healthcare partners.
Digital Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for:
- Social media promotions
- Website updates
- Google reviews
- Online campaigns
- Lead management
- Monitor patient inquiries received through phone, website, and social media.
Patient Engagement
- Organize patient awareness programs, camps, seminars, and health talks.
- Support patient counseling and promotional events.
- Ensure positive patient experience and feedback collection.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily activity reports.
- Submit weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Track campaign effectiveness and patient conversion data.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years experience in hospital, healthcare, IVF, or pharmaceutical marketing preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing strategies.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Presentation and negotiation skills.
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
