About the Role
We are looking for a QC Inspector with hands-on experience in mechanical component inspection, precision measuring instruments, engineering drawings, and quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out inspections using measuring instruments
- prepare inspection reports
- verify incoming, in-process, and final quality.
Supporting QC Incharge in root cause analysis for rejections.
Preparing Inspection Reports.
Required Skills
- Proficient in using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and surface plates.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Familiarity with thread gauges, slip gauges, feeler gauges, and cylindrical measuring pins.
- Performing in-process, final inspection, and incoming material inspection.
- Knowledge of inspection reports, NCR documentation, and acceptance/rejection criteria.
- Exposure to ISO 9001 quality systems and documentation requirements.
- Basic computer skills for preparing inspection reports in Excel or ERP.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹46,988.97 per month
