Will have Interaction with clients through email for query resolution and should build and maintain good working Relationships with customers.

Responsibilities: Customer Interaction Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish, providing accurate and timely information to customers. Data Entry Accurately input and update customer information and call interactions into our system. Compliance Adhere to comp policies and procedures, including maintaining uptodate knowledge of compliance regulations and privacy standards ensuring data integrity and confidentiality (HIPAA.) Productivity meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
