Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to supervisors.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and special dishes.
Assist in banquet and event service when required.
Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, and service equipment.
Support team members during busy operations.
