Supervision & Execution
l Lead day-to-day painting, blasting, and coating operations on offshore sites
l Manage a team of painters, blasters, helpers, and subcontract crews
l Ensure execution in accordance with project specifications, WPS, and method statements
Quality & Compliance
l Ensure adherence to industry coating standards (SSPC, NACE, ISO)
l Monitor surface profile, environmental conditions, and coating procedures
l Inspect surface preparation, mixing, application, and curing stages
l Report deviations and recommend corrective actions
Coordination & Reporting
l Coordinate with QA/QC team, site engineers, and client representatives
l Maintain daily work logs, manpower reports, and material consumption sheets
l Assist in planning manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for painting activities
Safety Management
l Enforce offshore safety standards (PTW, JSA, PPE compliance)
l Conduct toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and safety drills
Educational Qualifications
l Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Painting Technology, or related trades
l Additional certifications in Industrial Painting / Coating (preferred)
Technical Skills
l Strong knowledge of surface preparation, blasting grades, coating types
l Ability to interpret technical datasheets (TDS), method statements, and drawings
l Understanding of DFT requirements, paint mixing ratios, and curing cycles
l Familiarity with offshore quality & safety requirements
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
