Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will guide prospective students in choosing the right educational programs, provide information on courses and admissions, manage student inquiries, and support candidates throughout the enrollment process while achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on suitable academic programs.
- Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Explain course details, eligibility, and admission process.
- Maintain student records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales or academic counseling.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
- Experience in EdTech or education is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
