- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls.
- Manage appointments and maintain visitor records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and courier services.
- Maintain the reception area and office records.
- Provide administrative support to different departments.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
