We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to manage schedules, meetings, communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination, ensuring the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and event logistics.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role is preferred.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience handling senior management schedules and stakeholder communication.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
