We are seeking a motivated Junior Web Developer with knowledge of web technologies, WordPress, PHP, MySQL, and website optimization. The ideal candidate should be willing to work on website development, maintenance, server troubleshooting, database optimization, and technical support.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and practical projects are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites.
- Create responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins.
- Develop custom WordPress functionality using PHP.
- Write clean, reusable, and optimized code.
- Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases.
- Optimize SQL queries for better website performance.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues.
- Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Debug frontend and backend issues.
- Fix website bugs and implement new features.
- Work with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Perform website migrations, backups, and restorations.
- Handle hosting-related issues (cPanel, DNS, SSL, Email Configuration).
- Configure and troubleshoot Cloudflare, CDN, and caching plugins.
- Monitor website uptime, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with designers, SEO executives, and senior developers.
- Maintain proper documentation of development tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Laravel or any PHP framework.
- Understanding of REST APIs.
- Knowledge of AJAX and JSON.
- Basic Linux commands.
- SEO-friendly website development.
- Basic cybersecurity awareness.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Claude for improving productivity.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in web development.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
