Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team. Responsible for accurately verifying the benefits for the patient appointments.
- Insurance verification for patients to confirm coverage and benefits prior to services rendered.
- Responsible for effective and efficient verification of all patients’ benefits before their appointment.
- Ability to check and obtain the active insurance information through patient documents and insurance portal for inactive patient.
- Strong knowledge of eligibility verification including benefits, deductible, copay, coinsurance.
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial and Managed care plans.
- Familiar with insurance portals like Availity, UHC, etc.,
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge in basic excels
- Generate daily reports and maintain the logs
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
