Job Description
TNPC Ventures Private Limited is looking for a responsible, experienced, and professional Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for company personnel, management, and business-related requirements.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Bengaluru roads, a clean driving record, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Transport management, employees, and visitors to meetings, sites, offices, airports, and other locations as required.
- Maintain punctuality and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
- Follow all traffic rules and road-safety regulations.
- Maintain the vehicle in clean and good operating condition.
- Carry out basic vehicle checks such as fuel, tyres, oil, lights, and general condition.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance, and other routine maintenance when required.
- Maintain records of fuel, servicing, and vehicle-related expenses.
- Assist with loading/unloading documents, materials, or small items when required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company and management-related information.
- Be flexible with working hours depending on business requirements.
Requirements
- Valid Indian driving licence appropriate for the vehicle.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
- Familiarity with Google Maps/navigation apps.
- Clean driving record and safe driving habits.
- Basic communication skills in English/Kannada/Hindi preferred.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and courteous behaviour.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
Preferred Candidate
- Previous experience as a company driver / executive driver / family driver.
- Experience driving sedans, SUVs, or similar vehicles.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and occasionally outside the city.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and disciplined.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Working hours may vary depending on management/business requirements.
- Occasional early-morning, late-evening, weekend, or outstation duties may be required.
Salary
₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
