We need a Graphic Designer cum Social Media Expert will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and managing our social media channels. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of social media trends and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
- Design marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media posts, advertisements, and website visuals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and guidelines across all design projects.
- Edit and retouch images to maintain high-quality standards.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and social media content.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to different social media platforms.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and online marketing principles is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
