Role Overview
Aivar Innovations is seeking a Senior FullStack Developer to lead end-to-end product engineering across our AI-powered accelerator platforms. This role owns both the frontend experience and backend service architecture — from real-time data rendering and multi-tenant UI isolation to scalable APIs, event-driven pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure. You will shape the complete technical foundation of our enterprise-grade
accelerators.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and own the full-stack architecture for AI-powered accelerator products — component systems, API layers, database schemas, and cloud infrastructure.
- Build real-time dashboards and pipeline monitoring UIs that visualise 6-stage processing flows, handling live data streams via WebSockets and SSE.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) end-to-end — enforcing multi- tenant isolation at UI, API gateway, and database layers.
- Build the connector configuration UI and the corresponding backend integration layer for 50+ enterprise data sources (APIs, databases, SaaS platforms).
- Design and expose REST and GraphQL APIs with versioning, auth token handling (OAuth2/JWT), rate-limit management, and graceful error responses.
- Architect event-driven backend pipelines using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, or Kafka for async AI workload orchestration.
- Implement audit-trail interfaces and immutable logging infrastructure — surfacing decision timelines and transformation traces end-to-end.
- Enforce PII/PHI-safe rendering client-side and data masking/redaction at the API and persistence layers.
- Establish production engineering standards — CI/CD pipelines, comprehensive testing (unit, integration, E2E), performance budgets, and error monitoring.
- Collaborate with ML/AI engineers to integrate inference endpoints, handle async
model responses, and surface outputs in enterprise UI.

Must-Have Technical Skills
- React.js — deep expertise in hooks, context, concurrent rendering, and component architecture.
- TypeScript — strict typing across frontend components, API contracts, and shared libraries.
- State management — Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or React Query; managing complex async and real-time state.
- Node.js / Python — proficiency in server-side development with Express, FastAPI, or equivalent frameworks.
- REST and GraphQL API design — schema design, versioning, auth flows, and error boundary patterns.
- Relational and NoSQL databases — PostgreSQL or MySQL alongside DynamoDB or MongoDB for mixed workload patterns.
- AWS cloud-native development — Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, RDS, DynamoDB, Step Functions, or equivalent.
- Real-time data — WebSockets, SSE, or polling patterns for live pipeline updates.
- Testing — Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or Playwright; backend unit and integration testing.
- CI/CD — GitHub Actions, Docker, and production monitoring (Sentry or equivalent).
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating LLM inference endpoints (OpenAI, Bedrock, or self-hosted models).
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
- Prior work on multi-tenant SaaS platforms with enterprise compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, or SOC2 data-handling standards.
